Response time was good. I was told the service call would be $65 and the technician would go over the other costs with me. When he sent me an invoice (as i wasn’t there) after 10 mons of being there the cost was $425 with no warning or explanation except it was a “hard job”. Thats wirhout replacing the deadbolt! Outrageous!
